Oybek has been admitted to Technical University of Dresden, Masters in Public and International Economics. He also got his German study visa approved in less than 15 days.
Having finished undergraduate studies at Tashkent State University of Economics, Oybek had strong research and quantitative skills. This helped him gain admission into multiple German top universities, including University of Gottingen, Jena University and Munster.
