In partnership with Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), we invite you to apply for the Belt and Road Initiative E-commerce and Logistics Advanced Training Program - a fully funded course taking place in Chongqing, China from October 14 to November 15, 2025.

This program is designed for middle to senior managers from international postal administrations, ecommerce companies, logistics enterprises, and faculty members from academic institutions who want to gain cutting-edge knowledge in ecommerce and logistics industries within the scope of China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

The program covers:

✅ Seminars and Lectures: Learn about the development and evolution of China's postal express industry, the new land and sea corridor, Artificial Intelligence and Smart Logistics, cross-border e-commerce, digital economy, operation and management of cross-border logistics and postal industry.

✅ Practical Experience: Visit postal administrations, postal companies, logistics enterprises, express delivery enterprises to understand the organization and development of cross-border e-commerce and postal express, as well as technological development application. Examples of companies to be visited include: SF Express, JD Logistcs, Porsche Distribution Center.

✅ Cultural Exchanges: Experience Chinese traditional culture and Chongqing local culture. Learn Chinese language and try out Chongqing spicy food. Visit popular museums, ancient towns, by enjoying the natural scenery and getting a comprehensive, real, three-dimensional show of China.

✅ Discussion and Negotiation: Network with scholars, experts, and industry professionals in e-commerce, logistics, postal express, and technology companies. Discuss the difficulties in cross-border ecommerce, explore new models of cross-border cooperation, and build a new platform for international cooperation.

Funding:

Program tuition fee, accommodation, meals, comprehensive medical insurance, and weekly tours are all covered by a full scholarship by Chongqing municipality!

Upon completion:

Program participants will receive a certificate of completion of "Advanced Traning Course On Cross-border Logistics Synergy Innovation Empowered By Digital Intelligence For The Countries Participating In The Belt And Road Initiative" from CQUPT.

Program Dates & Application

• 💵 Consulting Registration Fee: $300 USD

• ✅ Lanugage Requirement: English (B2), No Chinese required

Note:

All program costs, except for flight tickets, visa, consulting registration fee, are covered by Chongqing municipality. There are only 15 seats available (first-come first-serve) for this scholarship. Applicants must have B2 proficiency in English language (no certificate is required). Applicants must meet general requirements and apply by deadline.
