About the Speaker

The conference will be led by Mr. Shakhrukh Makhkamdjanov, a higher education professional with over 15 years of experience in international student recruitment, admissions, and university counseling.

A graduate with honors in International Relations and holder of a Master's degree in Banking, Mr. Makhkamdjanov has studied on scholarship programs in both Turkey and the United States. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with international organizations including the United Nations, the World Bank, and USAID, delivering training and capacity-building programs for educators, NGOs, and community leaders.

In higher education, he has served as Head of Admissions at an American law school in Moscow and recruited students for globally recognized institutions such as New York University Abu Dhabi and Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence. He currently represents GEDU Global Education Group, supporting students in accessing international education opportunities across Europe and the Middle East.
